Tenet EC was launched for sale on 3 December 2022 and is fully sold, attesting to the desirability of the location and investment potential of the new Tampines North housing estate.

The prices of Aurelle of Tampines EC are not available yet. However, an average price of $1,600 to $1,650 psf is expected based on its land cost and the most recent Novo Place EC launch.

During Novo Place EC's sales launch on 16 November 2024, it achieved an average selling price of $1,654 psf.

During the government land sale on 9 October 2023, Sim Lian was awarded the 301,392 sq ft Aurelle of Tampines site after submitting the highest bid of $543.28 million. This works out to a land rate of $721 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr).

This smashed the previous record-high land rate of $703 psf ppr for the Novo Place EC site. However, this was subsequently broken by the tender for the Jalan Loyang Besar site ($729 psf ppr) in August 2024, followed by the Tampines Street 95 site ($768 psf ppr) in October 2024.

Although EC prices have risen, they are still approximately 20% to 25% lower than mass-market private condos. This price differential and strong developer interest in EC land parcels reflect the continued confidence in this housing segment.
