The name "Opus" is a Latin word meaning "work". When combined with "magnum" (great), "magnum opus" is used to describe a writer, artist, or composer's greatest work, a masterpiece. The name Robertson Opus draws on this concept, seeking to become a landmark in the heart of Robertson Quay.

Architectural Design

The Robertson Opus is a mixed development featuring residential, retail, and F&B components. It comprises 5 blocks of 9/10-storey residential towers housing 348 units, alongside a podium block containing an estimated 26 commercial units on the 1st storey and Basement 1.

The design concept includes an articulated roof crown, inspired by the terracotta pitched roofs in the vicinity. A central courtyard, open towards Kanisha Marican Road and visible from the Singapore River promenade, is designed as a landmark.

An additional main entrance along Unity Street caters to visitors arriving from the Fort Canning MRT station nearby. The commercial podium is designed with clusters of F&B establishments with free-flowing pedestrian links to attract visitors.

The development offers a variety of unit types: Suite, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom. They are categorised into three collections: Premier, Luxury, and Legacy.
