The average launch prices of Coastal Cabana EC are estimated to be between $1,700 psf to $1,800 psf, based on its land cost and recent executive condo launches.

The EC site for Coastal Cabana was awarded to a consortium of Qingjian Realty, China Communications Construction Co. and ZACD Group after they submitted the highest bid of $557 million for the 305,757 sq ft site on August 1, 2024.

This translates to a land rate of $729 psf ppr, surpassing the previous record of $721 psf ppr for the Tampines Street 62 EC site that was awarded to Sim Lian on October 10, 2023.

However, Coastal Cabana’s record has been broken after City Developments was awarded the Woodlands Drive 17 EC site by submitting a winning bid of $782 psf ppr on August 5, 2025.

Meanwhile, during the last executive condo launch on July 19, 2025, Otto Place at Tengah Plantation Close was sold at an average price of $1,700 psf. This will set the tone for EC prices moving forward, especially considering the rising land cost.

The nearest MRT station is Pasir Ris, an interchange for the East-West and future Cross Island Line. However, it is about a 16-minute walk away. Nevertheless, public buses are available at its doorstep along Pasir Ris Drive 3, providing convenient feeder services.

Phase 1 of the CRL will cover 29 kilometres and include 12 stations, stretching from Aviation Park to Pasir Ris, and continuing through Hougang to Bright Hill.
