Properties in Singapore are broadly separated into 3 main regions, namely:
- Core Central Region (CCR)
- Rest of Central Region (RCR)
- Outside Central Region (OCR)
The Outside Central Region (OCR) is made up of areas outside the CCR and RCR. In other words, they are in the suburbs and hence, properties are less costly compared to similar ones in the other two regions.
