What are the Prices for Kassia Condo?

During its launch weekend on 20-21 July 2024, Kassia sold 52% of its 276 residential units, with prices ranging between $1,821 psf and $2,177 psf.

Kassia, with four 8-storey blocks occupying a site area of 150,839 sq ft, offers a mix of 1- to 4-bedroom units. Their sizes range from 473 sq ft to 1,345 sq ft.

Sale prices start from the following:

    • 1-Bedroom (473 sq ft): $883,000 ($1,867 psf).
    • 2-Bedroom (656 sq ft): $1.196 million ($1,823 psf).
    • 3-Bedroom (904 sq ft): $1.659 million ($1,835 psf).
    • 4-Bedroom (1,345 sq ft) : $2.462 million ($1,830 psf).

Kassia’s 1- and 2-bedroom units were the most popular, with buyers scooping up almost 70% of its 1-bedroom and 1-bedroom+study units. About 90% of the buyers were Singaporeans, while permanent residents made up the rest.

Kassia's take-up rate was the highest compared to recent private residential launches. This can be attributed to its freehold status and attractive prices. At the same time, it highlights how homebuyers are becoming increasingly price-sensitive.

Most of the homebuyers were in their 30s and 40s, with a fair mix of owner-occupiers and investors.
