Properties in Singapore are broadly categorised by 3 main regions, namely:
- Core Central Region (CCR)
- Rest of Central Region (RCR)
- Outside Central Region (OCR)
The Rest of Central Region (RCR) is made up of areas between the CCR and OCR. As it lies around the fringe of the city. prices of properties will be costlier than similar ones in OCR, but less than CCR.
